In stock items are usually dispatched the next working day following your order. Currently, most Kattasche products are made to order, so please allow the manufacturing time as indicated in the listing or your quotation and we will update you throughout the process and let you know when your order has been shipped.

Within Australia
Shipping to any address within Australia is free. All packages are sent via tracking with Australia Post and will require a signature on delivery.
You have the option to upgrade your shipping to Express Post during payment.

International Shipping

Kattasche will ship worldwide with Australia Post via tracking and signature on delivery. Postage charges and shipping times depend on the country of destination. Please refer to shipping options when you check out your order.

The following is a shipping time estimate only:

Australia Metro: 2- 4 days
Regional Australia: 4 – 5 days
International: 7 – 21 days

International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Kattasche is not responsible for delays due to customs.

RETURNS
Sometimes we have a change of heart, we get that!
We are happy to offer you a full refund should you change your mind once you have received your Kattasche product, including customised pieces unless they have been personalised with initials.
Please return the item in perfect (unworn) condition and in its original packaging within 30 days and please understand that we cannot refund any shipping costs.
Return shipping costs will be the sender’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty.

Please return the item with full tracking and insurance, as Kattasche cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
